We often hear about the importance of setting goals, but we barely talk about the importance of setting intentions. However, no goal can be reached without the power of intention.

They boost our inner strength and encourage us to focus on what is in the present moment. 

What I love the most about intentions is that they give sense to our actions. They also encourage us to review our goals and check our progress regularly.

Now that we know the difference between a goal and an intention, let’s see ten daily intentions to set for Clear Quartz: 

1. I intend to let go of negativity.  

Letting go of negativity can seem challenging, but it is not impossible. In fact, it’s hugely empowering and can drastically enhance the quality of your life.

The size of the crystal doesn’t really matter. What matters the most is that you choose a crystal that you are drawn to.

Whether you like its shape, inclusions, or any other special features, just choose a piece of Clear Quartz that you feel is going to work for you. 

Once you’ve chosen your crystal, don’t forget to cleanse it before setting your intention with it.

Set intentions regularly
